I'm Jen. I started really working on my weight loss on March 15, 2004. That's when I learned about Weight Watchers and
decided to give the program a try. I decided I would try it on my own and see how it went. So far so good...
I fell apart a bit during the holidays. My weight loss is kind of at a stand still since November, but I think
a lot of it is my own doing. Now I've been pretty good about getting back on track. With some luck and hard work,
I should be pretty darn close to my goal of 140 by my 1 year anniversary of starting Weight Watchers.
